Advocates suggest atomic CSS makes it easy to reuse CSS across projects. It’s a nice idea, but it’s practically useless unless every site is going to look the same.

Atomic CSS just sets the values of the CSS attribute in the markup using classes instead of setting them in an external file.

You are still free to use any value you want.
