Thanks! re: Music playlists-While these can be great for some types of people and/or tasks, for others they can be distracting. In these scenarios, creating a quiet space can be a big help. Some ways that I accomplish this include: Earplugs (especially for public spaces like airports, planes, or cafés), do-not-disturb mode on my phone, and minimizing unused browser tabs. Super simple, but these little things can make a big difference.
