The Journey: Part I
Though most of us will never act on it, I believe at some point we all have an impulse to go away. What happens when that impulse becomes an inner directive? What drives someone to risk everything and leave their country of birth to create a life in a foreign land? I want to share a story of one young man who left all familial and modern comforts to do exactly that.

Marc was 24 when he left the Pacific Northwest in search of a more meaningful life. He ended up in India, where he has spent the past 13 years living an exotic life most could only imagine. In 2011, seven years into his journey, he launched Prospus in north India to create a software project he had been envisioning for over a decade. While Marc could have spent more time in his homeland, he found it hard to leave India. Why?
Follow me as I answer that question by drawing a narrative arch around the life of one person who moved his entire life across the world.
