This is so true. I realized recently that social media — as amazing as it is and as much as I learn alot and get inspired by the people I’m connected with there — is a BIG DISTRACTION.

To live a more productive life this year, I decided to start by deleting my number one social media addiction — Instagram (I see twitter being next in line), then deleted Netflix and some other apps on my mobile phone. FOMO almost stopped me, but really if we are going to be more productive, social media and phone time has to be cut down.
