For the simple fact is that no one wants to spend their life being shouted at by people they’ll never meet who are angry not at them but at the world for things they barely even said to people they barely even know.
Why Twitter’s Dying (And What You Can Learn From It)
umair haque

Twice I got framed falsely on twitter for stealing some one artwork by popular persons on the twitterverse and people piled on as fast as those popular persons typed 140 characters of him/her accusation from their phones.

I addressed the issue right away and the accusers simply said sorry for the misunderstanding but the damage had been done. His/her followers had already piled on and there’s nothing that can be done to reverse the damage.

I was disgusted with Twitter and its community for a while before I got over it and came back. I love Twitter but the attitude from all these ego driven “celebrities” is ruining Twitter for me.
