2014 ‘Year End’ Letter From The CEO
Dear Peach Customers,
It’s the season for giving thanks and we want to convey our heartfelt thanks to each one of you for joining us on this journey called Peach. We launched earlier this year and since then we’ve taken you for quite the ride. We made you wait a whole hour for your lunch. We delivered cold food. Your lunch went missing and ended up on the wrong floor. The delivered text was sent before the delivery was made, and one of those days we even sent a text in the evening. Everything that could have gone wrong managed to go wrong.
You’ve given us feedback, lots of it, and we’ve listened. We made our operations team robust, added better restaurants, introduced heated packs, and have used every hiccup as an opportunity to improve. We have come a long way, and while the road is still long, we could not have gotten this far without your advice, patience, and trust in us. So thank you for being with us and a part of Peach.
