In 2016, I was offered the opportunity to run a cafe space within the historical precinct of Bukit Pasoh. It was a zero-waste inspired cafe located within a Chinese heritage bookstore, and every item that came out of our kitchen was made fresh, from scratch. The cafe also served as a space to promote Sustainability and the Arts.

Here are some photos I took that best conveyed the essence of this space and my time there.

I spent some time to research and develop a few hand-crafted drinks during my stint.

A friend and I also co-shared a tiny plot of farm space with the aim of hand-harvesting plants that could be used in our cafe food and drinks.
