Not the first time Google has effectively killed a product. But it’s the first time I’ve heard it involves an actual HARDWARE product.

Seems like Google’s interest in home automation was short lived indeed.

This is why I’ll never move critical cloud infrastructure to Google Cloud. They simply cannot be trusted to keep things operational. Even paid products.
