Whether you’re aware of it or not, your life is driven by a purpose.

The sooner you become aware of your purpose the sooner you find out why you’re here in this life.

Once you know why you are here, all you have to do is execute on that purpose.

But, not all purposes are made equal.

There are weak purposes and then there are powerful ones.

Like everything else in life, more power means better. So you can’t settle down for a mediocre purpose when you have the chance to pursue a powerful one.

Besides just being better, why exactly do you need a powerful purpose?

It’s simple. You need a reason to get out of the bed every morning.

Sure, you can push yourself to do it. But, pushing can only go so far. What works better than pushing is pulling.

Your purpose needs to be powerful enough to pull you out of the bed and onto the field of action.

Who needs an alarm clock when you can have something bigger than you pull you towards itself.

The more powerful this force is the more you’d feel fulfilled. But, aren’t you supposed to feel fulfilled by doing what you love?

A lot of times people confuse passion with purpose. Being passionate about yoga and meditation will not get you out of your bed every day. But having the purpose of achieving world peace does.

Your purpose needs to be much bigger than you, it needs to be able to serve billions of lives. But, how do you find such powerful purpose?

It’s super easy. Start by looking at the world’s top issues like hunger, peace, health, education and safety for example.

What do they have in common? There are at least a billion people on earth who are suffering from lack of one or some of those issues.

Pick one that resonates with you the most. One that is part of your life’s story. One that you’ve also suffered from in some form or shape even if it’s been minor or temporary.

You need to be able to empathize with the people who you want to serve and your personal story plays a big role here.

This is also where your passions come in handy. Once you know your purpose, you start leveraging your passions to help you achieve it.

Now you can teach yoga and meditation to others so they can find inner peace. Because you know that the more people find inner peace the closer we all get to world peace.

But, how do you do that alone? You’re just one person.

The good news is that you’re not alone. While you’re going after your purpose there are others who are on the same journey.

Your mission in life is to find your purpose as soon as possible, connect with like-minded people and execute on it.

I hope this has inspired you to think about your life’s purpose. And if you have not found it yet, just keep searching because your number one purpose is finding your powerful purpose.
