“Experience (was) is the new product”

7 years ago, I gave this talk in Berlin. At the time, we were just at the very begging of understanding the critical importance of an experience strategy. Listening to it today reminds me how much we evolved, but also how much is still needed to change in order to get Experience the right seat at the table when it comes to transformation and strategic programs.
