I manage a SaaS product where we launch new features/enhancements frequently. How can i use this approach for new features and enhancements? Do you have any examples other than for new products? Whats the best way to communicating this press release to my customer/user? Should i send this press release for everyone? Will my customer understand my intentions with the press release?
