You touch on very important points that sometimes we completely forget while we’re designing the “next big thing”

And these days it’s always hard to do some A&B Testing and checking out the opinion of the people on the current design as soon as it’s launched due to the fact that you’re already moving up to the next project on the ladder.

This is however a very important point that you mentioned which I highlighted :

“ It’s quite necessary to peep into his set of opinions, reviews and feedback to fill the loopholes and create a more engaging and better User Interface for the Product.”

And Improve upon the opinion of the users and make the UX easier. :)
