Money For Life Each Month!
Monthly Income!
The professional money people have been educating all of us in the workforce for the last 2 generations to save money for retirement. Working together, business and the government, have created laws and plans for tax and business incentives to invest in our futures. The big question for all of these professionals is, “Why do they demonize investing for current income?” Most will call is risky or a scam, while the truth is they do not have our best interest at heart!
There is risk in driving to work… You could get into a car accident and become disabled or die. The food you eat at anytime could make you sick. The stock market could crash, and business are subject to scandals. The so called investment professionals manipulate our understanding of risk and emotions on a daily basis to get us to purchase long-term investment funds that pay them endless annual fees. The funds may be a good long term investment for us, but they are a great real-time income product for their businesses now.
Most people are conditioned to think any investment product that is not marketed, or available, in a traditional business’s 401k plan is likely to be a scam. Often the reverse is true as plans that are limited in the number of funds available will only have funds with high annual fees. And the idea of investing for current income has been heavily emotionally marketed against because the outcome would have to be explained in real time to the investor.
There are many closed end funds and REITS investments that can be purchased that pay 15-20% dividends divided over each month. Thus, investors can put money to work in read time and create a monthly income. Building a monthly income by collecting these funds could add much security to a person’s life. Retirement or part-time work could come ealry. Freelance work combined with monthly income could create a great lifestyle. It is time to think outside of the box. I am looking for others with new ideas to generate current income that will lead the next major cultural shift.
