Do tech start-up techniques work with a food business?
Recently my mum, my girlfriend and I decided to embark on a mission to bring Brazil’s favourite snack to London.
Clara and I have both worked in advertising and digital agencies for nearly a decade. I’m a front end developer (mostly known for this article) and Clara is a visual designer. My mum Rita works as a nanny.
None of us had any experience starting a food business, but due to the experience of working in the digital world, Clara and I had some idea of how tech start-ups did things.
So we decided to apply the same techniques to our new venture.
