In the context of this point in the article, fielding’s presentation of a woman as a golddigger who acts virtuous to get what she wants is used as evidence for exposing rape culture. Yet later in the article when george will asserts much the same thing conceptually, he is dismissed quickly as a proponent of rape culture. So which is it?
