Synthesis
Before I did the research on Alfredo and Isabel Aquilizan, I thought we are going to be familiar with two independent artist. After I did the research, I am so happy to know that this is a husband-and-wife team of Alfredo and Isabel Aquilizan. The reason I am happy because I have never seen artist couple before and knowing a couple have same hobby, doing the same work together, and sharing same value makes me so happy and desire to see the works that have doubled the power. After seeing some of their works, I feel satisfied. They didn’t disappoint me. The works definitely have a lingering charm that I can look at it for a long time without getting bored. There are too many details waiting me to be discovered. I like the way they pile things up, just like one of their project, wall of densely piled blankets, there are too many patterns can be found, and it is really beautiful.people singing at exactly same time and same song. It was a such good experience for my first installation work enjoyment.
