𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘-𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘

Whoever guards his mouth and his tongue keeps his soul from trouble. Proverbs 21:23

If you want to keep yourself from trouble, you have to guard your mouth and tongue; be slow to speak. If you must speak, do not speak carelessly.

You should know, however, that you cannot guard your tongue by your effort alone because the tongue is difficult to tame. James 3:8

As you make a conscious effort to achieve it, ask for God's grace. You can only achieve it by the grace of God. Philippians 4:13
