Wow, Jack. One of the most glorious poems I have read in a LONG time. I felt almost physically lifted by certain lines…..especially this one…

Chasing the inclined yearnings of the heart! That needs to be put to music and sung out loud!

PS….Love the artwork you chose too. I have seen his paintings in the Louvre…nobody stops to look at them, as they are rushing into the next gallery to see the Mona Lisa. But I stopped. And I looked.
