Welcome everyone to PepeMMO the first-ever 3D browser compatible MMO on the blockchain. We made PepeMMO to be a 3D hub for degens around the globe wanting to represent themselves with multiple degen avatars such as Pepe, Doge, Trump, Vitalik, and more degen characters in this crazy part of the crypto community.
Our Beginning:
Our team consists of JavaScript devs, 3D artists, and blockchain devs as we continuously wondered how we could join the Crypto community and improve it with our unique skillset. We decided on a Crypto multiplayer app that uses 3D avatars and what was important to the team was a native compatibility on the browser without having to download an app to play the game, hence comes the PepeMMO game.
Development
Development was hard since there has never been anything like this before in the space where blockchain was involved in a multiplayer game where users can just actively enter it by joining the app, but since it has never been done the challenge to create this unique app has been exciting but tiresome. The Multiplayer aspect requires diligence in creating positioning on a 3D app as well as custom-made avatars and their animations creating for a unique but customizable experience moving forward.
Blockchain Involvement
We wanted to create an experience that involves blockchain web3 development that encapsulates the exciting world of degens, dreamers, and decentralization. We want to use our $PEPEMMO tokens as a way for users to exchange them for exclusive avatars, animations, and rewards within the game. We are also a huge fan of timed and locked staking, imagine a vault where users can see their staking within a 3D world unique to them. This is what we aim for, revolutionary blockchain within the 3D environment.
Roadmap
Our goals and roadmaps are exciting with 3D development and blockchain at the forefront in achieving them. We want to add more locations within the game such as Pepeland, Doge Arena, and more! Some of these can already be seen with our trailers but that’s just hardly all what we want to achieve. Here are some more definite upgrades and additional content you can look forward to:
- New locations (de_dust CSGO map, Pepeland, Doge Arena and more)
- New Avatars (Shib, Porky, Lonely Degen)
- Exclusive Avatars as NFTs (Gold Pepe, King Pepe, Military Doge etc.)
- New and faster servers
- Staking with unique rewards (Get rewarded with an exclusive NFT from mining a random block!)
- More Game modes (Shooting, Beat ’em up, Tower jumping)
We also want to incorporate community suggestions concerning future improvements and new features.
