Corporate culture is a deceiving device aimed at disguising the ancient cotton plantation of Uncle Tom with a non-slavery environment where everybody pretends to be the exact opposite of who they are and their purpose in the corporation. It is all sociopathic fakery, and most of it is useless.

This is because the goals of a corporation can only be achieved by negating precisely what their marketing and HR state; there is no freedom at all, no truth, no love for anything or anyone, but only for top management power and short-term profits.

On the other hand, I left a long time ago any form of peaceful coexistence between us engineers/mathematicians and the management hierarchy: these are two worlds in collision. Everything our mathematics stands for—clarity, logic, truth, and proof—is negated all the way down by corporate management.
