How Debt Will Ruin Your Sex Life
Lidia Bonilla

By 2006 we owed close to $1M including 2 mortgages, a business loan, a domesticated judgement in which I had no knowledge of, credit cards, personal loans, blah blah blah.

But we were making over $222,000 and “money was no problem”. Then, on August 3, 2007, when Jim Cramer had his famous rant on CNBC, the Great Recession began.

Through no fault of our own we went bankrupt and our house is still in foreclosure as of August 6, 2016 and we lost everything else. We’re almost back to half our income but lost 80 percent of our assets. The stress is still unbearable.

My point is that my sex mojo suffered during the “drowning in debt” period and it’s worse in the “pure and middle class” period. It’s so bad that pills no longer work And you wonder why they call me a grumpy old man? Life’s a bitch — and then you die!
