Agree we have more responsibility because of the reach of our platform both to the creative community and our audience.

We have a culture of collaboration where BuzzFeed producers are being influenced by their peers within the company and prior work at BuzzFeed. That can be confusing to outside producers who don’t understand that process. We can solve this by explaining ourselves better and by bringing in more outside talent to collaborate with us. We’re working doing on both!
