Interview

Full disclosure over the weekend I didn’t have the time to conduct any user interviews. With that said, I did take key topical questions from the interview guide and created a survey for email in order to gauge which topic garners the most interest.

Research

While doing competitive analysis over the weekend I came across an application called Fit Freedom which after 2 full body ‘scans’ provides 16 body measurements within .5 inch accuracy.

Designed in partneship with Rebel Athletics the app has been through an initial beta test fitting athletes and dancers for uniforms.

Steven Sebring has also developed a 360 degree photography studio dome that can generate 3D imagery. Similar technology was used for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and the April 2009 Complex Magazine.

This could be interesting to explore if user research dictates mixed realities an opportunity.
