A type of sushi roll, tempura rolls include shrimp prepared in a style called tempura. Tempura shruimps are deep fried and lightly breaded. As with any sushi, both sushi rice and nori, or edible seaweed, are also necessary ingredients.

Italian Roasted Pork, Cartoccio and Focaccia

I enjoyed Italian cooking with very pretty mimosa salad based on grated egg yolks . This is considered as one of the musts on the table when there is a big family event or a New Year celebration.

Seafoods Soup with Borch

My friend works at Soup Stock. She taught me some special soups being sold there. We steamed clams and codfish and with Sake.

After enjoying seafoods soup, we just put linguini or fettucini into this dish.
