Jimmy, very astute. The best business to buy or build is one that doesn’t need the team that built it. One or my mentors has encouraged many entrepreneurs to build a company that doesn’t need them upon exit. Maximum value so you will pay more for that type of business but it seems to that you cut major roadblocks as a result. I’d love to talk shop sometime.
