I like your article and can identify myself with setting many 100 day challenges in the past. But as I grew older, I realized I was just creating more “psychological time” and raising my anxiety about the future. Nowadays I plan on events and goals, but I am open to go with the flow a little more. Paying quality attention to what’s going on around us is becoming more valuable than imaging the future.
