As I’ve explained in other responses, it doesn’t matter if I got spoofed, because I disclosed nothing that compromised the product — and contrary to what some people think, I didn’t give them all the UX code to compile a working product. They just needed some headers sizes. That gives up nothing.

But I know it was real. They came and visited me a few months later on an unrelated matter and bought me lunch. So if that was a con too — I got a free lunch :)

But seriously, people are way overthinking the conspiracy stuff. Because — it simply wouldn’t have changed anything.
