The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is the third chakra that manages primary emotions such as frustration, anger and intuition, feelings of sensitivity and power.

The solar plexus chakra is the “center” of our personality. That’s where we find our I.D. Our personal strength, perseverance and adaptability help us to comply with the norms of society.

Its element is represented by fire. Fire is light, heat, energy and activity and represents enlightenment at the spiritual level.

The solar plexus chakra is represented by the sun as the center of a person’s power. Here, among other things, we get the solar energy that feeds our soul and physical body and gives us vitality.

Protection of Physical Health

This chakra manages the nervous system, stomach, gallbladder, large intestine, liver and pancreas. In addition, the entire digestive and muscular system is regulated by this chakra. Even the eyes are governed by the solar plexus chakra.

Problems with the digestive system, arthritis, diabetes and hypoglycemia are some physical health problems that may indicate a dysfunctional Manipura.
