No, AI cannot even *remotely* replicate human intelligence. Not even 0.001% close and even that figure is probably generous. The ability to combine 10000 pre-existing things and then cobble something apparently new from those inputs is not intelligence and never will be.

Science is absolutely nowhere near being able to quantify human intelligence in terms that can be encoded and programmed.
