A hangover is a collection of signs and symptoms linked to a recent bout of heavy drinking.

Dehydration is a significant cause of hangovers.

As your liver processes alcohol, it’s producing a chemical byproduct called acetaldehyde, a toxin that is 30 times more damaging to your body than the alcohol itself.

The presence of acetaldehyde in your body contributes to all the symptoms of a hangover.

Increase Fiber & Fats: Before going out eat a meal higher in fiber and fats. Also take 2 Fiber capsules Psyllium or PGX and 2 Flax Oil capsules.

Re-Hydrate & Sugar Balance: Alternate a glass of water & juice with every one of wine to help you re-hydrate and minimize alcohol’s diuretic effects. Also eat saltier snacks to replenish salts in your system.

Avoid Carbonation: carbonation can cause the surface area of the stomach to expand, which means increased alcohol absorption. The bubbles in tonic in water and and champagne, in particular, speed up the rate of absorption.

Replenish: As soon as you get home, drink at least 8 ounces of an electrolyte liquid supplement to replace the electrolytes that were depleted by alcohol.

Detoxify: Take a Detox Formula such as Daily Detox when you get home to help remove toxins caused by the metabolizing of the alcohol and to protect your liver.

Reduce Inflammation: Take 1 or 2 Curcumin

Meriva 500mg before bed to help reduce inflammation and decrease the severity of the hangover.
