Hi Robert,

I’m one of the inventors of Do Not Track (we were the first to invent the idea of Privacy from within the browser). I’d like to chat if you have a moment — especially about this comment….

The ‘Do Not Track’ indicator, as set in a browser or equivalent, will have to be communicated to all parties who get user data and it will be a legal obligation to act on this.

Which I completely agree with by the way. The devil though is in the details. In my opinion Do Not Track has zero capability to support Privacy — which is why we went a whole lot further than the original idea and built a complete Privacy by Design platform.
