The repo lists out OSS projects that has issues labelled “easy” or a “good first bug” etc. The repo’s main goal is to reduce the barrier for OSS newbies if and when they want to submit a pull request.
Granted you can’t submit pull requests if you don’t know hat to do. But the assumption here is that a pull request could be anything, fixing a typo, adding some documentation etc.
