First, I do like many of aspects of LocalSolo. (I don’t like that any new messages from prospective clients are not automatically forwarded to me, meaning I may miss or have a delayed response, to their messages.)
Other than that, I do like your idea…
Here’s what I think in really slowing your growth: marketing people make the worst clients. We tend to forget all the rules we ask our clients to follow.
For example, you idea needs to have the holy trinity: a great offer, a clear, strong CTA and a deadline for action.
Have you considered using an outside (freelance?) copywriter with direct response experience to convert more clients to full-pay (full-access) clients? Have you considered using a great direct response copywriter to write an email / landing page / sign-up page campaign that generates great results?
