It’s rare to find an app so useful.

A few months ago, I was watching a YouTube video about writing ChatGPT prompts. The video was okay, but what got my attention was a little Chrome extension that person used.

The app’s name was Text Blaze.

And it’s simple to use. Type in a forward slash “/” followed by a keyword you set, and the app will paste instead any block of text you added to it earlier.

Here’s how I use this app to double my writing productivity.

Outlines

No more staring at a blank page or wasting time writing outlines from scratch.

Starting to write a new article is the hardest part. You’ll have to write the outline and then figure out what to write about.

Most people write this from scratch for every new article. This is a mistake that will cost you time.

If you were to add up the time it takes to write the outline for the last ten articles you wrote, you’d be surprised by how much time you spent.
