“GPT-3 had the intelligence level of a toddler, while GPT-4 was equivalent to that of a high-schooler. The next generation of the model will have the intelligence of someone with a PhD for specific tasks” — Mira Myrati said in an interview as per media reports.

She also revealed that the next generation of GPT is expected to be available in a year and a half.

Meanwhile, Murati also mentioned that “it is not possible to have zero risks” when it comes to a technology like AI. When asked about deep fake videos, she stated that while OpenAI holds responsibility because the technology belongs to them, responsibility also lies with the users, civil society, government, and content creators.
