I am a Platform Product Manager with a strong background in UX and product design. As a T-shaped generalist, I have grown professionally from designing civil engineering professional software through digital agency consultancy to enterprise software product design and product management. I am now responsible for the foundational enterprise service management platform powering Mckinsey Global Shared Services. Here, I am striving to balance Business, UX Design, Product, and Engineering viewpoints. I am enthusiastic about innovative technologies while pragmatically dealing with legacy systems and real-world constraints. I led international teams and learned to balance coaching and mentorship with individual contributions within a Scrum team. My ultimate goal is to bring consumer-level UX into enterprise and professional applications and I am sharing my views on blogs and social media externally and internally.
