Sure, the future is remote and virtual conferences will be a thing, but we aren’t doing this just for the sake of innovating. With more and more events getting canceled due to the recent corona outbreak, it is kind of becoming a necessity.
Why InterCon?
The venue is called the Interspace and is dead-simple to use - like the intercom. You press the button and it connects you.
What buttons are there?
- The House of DAOs, moderated by the MetaFam, will host talks & discussions all about DAOs.
- House of Adoption, moderated by 1MillionDevs, will be buzzing with talks & discussions around adoption.
- House of Defiance, moderated by the DeFi Dude, is for all of those wanting to talk about DeFi.
- Stress Testing Arena, moderated by the MetaClan, is a place of discussing & testing the latest dapps & crypto games.
- Raid Guild house, here to host refugees of the discussions that ran out of time.
- Finally, the one you’ll have to discover for yourself. :)
How
Originally, we wanted to do it in the "unconference" format, but we decided for a healthy mix of short talks & open discussions.
All in all, there will be 3 types of sessions:
- A (short) talk with Q&A
- Open discussion
- Dapp testing
There are things to be done, roles to be filled (Seeds to be earned):
- Talkers
- Discussion hosts
- Moderators
- Scribes
- Anyone to suggest the topics
