I banned my phone a few years ago from the bedside and it was probably one of the best things I’ve ever done. The bed needs to be designated as a place for resting :)

Great to see the staking explained, but I’m not 100% sure if I’m getting it right. Maybe you could release a spreadsheet where all variables from the formulas are filled in?
