How I Earn Pocket Money Online

I have been trying to find how I can earn money online. Most of time I have stumbled on scams (or at least that seems to scam), or methods with what I could earn money but don’t use them because I don’t feel right using them.

It’s pocket money at least for me because my location (where I live — Latvia), probably I’m using most internet for my self (for services that needs to share internet connection somehow), not leaving internet (mobile) or devices on overnight, don’t have access to pc or at least mobile internet always, e.t.c.

Maybe if I would play shitty video games or doing fake social media engagements than maybe it would at least larger pocket money if not able to live from these kinda services.

Most of them have referral program which I’ll use them in this article but I also will link non referral links to these kinda services. It’s your choices if you want to use them or not. If using referral link than in some if not most services both parties (as in you who used it and me who share it) gets some bonuses.

Prolific is site where participants takes part in research answering or doing what is needed for research. And with that participants can earn money using this site.

For now it’s only site from where I have got money from. Maybe I would have a little bit more money if I wouldn’t cancel some studies or I would have been able to get in.

You might not able to do to study because it’s already full. So it’s better to hurry. And you need to have tab opened or have browser extension installed to get studies. It’s because when I first registered I didn’t receive a lot of studies thinking I would get in e-mail (got some in e-mail) but didn’t get. I thought it’s because of my location but wasn’t the case. I needed to have tab opened but didn’t want to have it. So I found browser extension (which seems to be only for chromium based browsers) and then I got a lot of studies.

There where third party mobile app but because Prolific fought against bots (that is good) but with that Prolific thought that third party app was bot. It’s useful because you could leave it running it background and wait for notification even when phone is locked. You can use mobile browser but not sure if you can leave it running in background and have phone locked. Maybe I need to test it out to see it but otherwise you need it to open in mobile browser.

Somebody said that it’s better to have tab opened then use browser extension. So I did experiment. Leaving tab opened in background and having browser extension. And what you think where study appeared first? In browser extension. Maybe I needed tab to be as active tab as in I need to see it not have in background.

To get studies (or get more studies) you need to complete About You section. And once in while there is new to stuff to complete. So it’s been then you need it to check it once in while.

Minimum withdrawal is £5.00 to PayPal account. For first four payments, payments are happening on Tuesdays and Fridays and can take to 1–2 business days which means if you withdraw on Friday then it might take more than two days to get payments in PayPal account because of weekends. And if you want to have money in bank account then it again would take 1–2 businesses days.

Viabit (referral)as you can see from image it is cloud mining services. Because it is cloud mining services than it means here you can earn cryptocurrency (as it says in image). Here you don’t need to buy anything. Again as it says in image you get 100 GH/s (Giga hashes per second) just by registering. At least for me after I registered it shows that something will expire in some time. But now that thing is gone.

If you want you can upgrade to different plans but where I found this said you don’t need to buy anything.

Minimum withdrawal is 0.001 BTC (Bitcoins). Because it is in bitcoins then of course you’ll need to have bitcoin wallet. I’m using bitcoin wallet from Coinbase. Also registering and login into Viabit you need to use same bitcoin wallet.

Brave Browser (referral) is of course web browser. However if you choice you can enable brave ads with which you can earn cryptocurrency BAT — Basic Attention Token. You can have up to 5 ads per hour if you choice to set it up. At the moment you need to have Uphold account to get money from it. On Brave subreddit people are saying that Uphold is bad system to use it.

I can’t tell what is minimum withdrawal because it automatically went to Uphold account (at least 0.5 BAT that I have earned).

Sometimes it seems to be glitching out. At least it like this — I’m getting ads but estimated earning doesn't go up. Then to fixing than you’ll need to turn off and turn on brave rewards. I think it’s better to do it when estimated earnings went to uphold account. I haven’t because I think you might lose estimated earning if I you’ll do that when earnings aren’t in Uphold account.

Honeygain (referral) is software and app where you share internet connection (not sure what specific stuff you share) and with that you can earn money. You don’t need to do it anything only registering and download software and app. It’s for Windows, MacOS and Android.

After installing and registering you don’t need to do it just leave it running in background and with that you can earn money. You can choice if you can use more devices for this but you can have up 2 devices per IP address.

I have slow earning rate. It’s probably because where I live, already using data what they need for myself or for different stuff and other stuff from my side. However from r/Honeygain subreddit I have noticed people complaining that they have slow earning rate. It might be because a lot of people are using it and Honeygain might not have enough resources, that is if they are paying. If third parties are paying then about resources doesn’t count.

Minimum withdrawal is 20.00 USD. However as seen in r/Honeygain to withdraw you need to have PayPal account and Tipalti account. But it probably will ask you to set up Tipalti account. Also I have noticed that something is taking cuts, so if you withdraw 20.00 USD then you might have less amount in PayPal account.

Money SMS (Refferal Code: 8A51372BB) is android app. It’s service where you receive SMS and you earn money with that. To receive SMS or course you need to have SIM card and have app running on same phone. As long as app can check if SMS is received then you don’t need to worry about what kinda internet connection to use. However if you don’t have internet on or app opened (at least running in background) then you still can get SMS but you won’t be getting paid. It’s because they don’t know if you received SMS or not even if you opened app after received SMS. It’s because app only check for receiving not looking at SMS history.

For each you get 0.02 Euro (at least who lives in Europe. Maybe in different place, it’s different currencies) and minimum withdrawal is 2.00 Euro.

I have slow earning rate for this because when I could have internet on 24/7 I only received 0–2 SMS at day. Plus now I can’t use internet for most of workday so I only have some hours earning from it. Actually that applies for most of these services that I have limited access to internet in workdays.

PacketStram (referral) is similar to Honeygain. It’s where you earn it by sharing internet. In this case it seems to be Bandwitdth which also might be the case for Honeygain. Just register and install and you’ll start earning.

However for this minimum withdrawal is 5.00 USD. And of course I have slow earning rate because of those reasons that I mentioned earlier.

Phoneum services but at the moment I’m using Cloud Earning App (Android, IOS, referral code: 4h3yvzt6). There are also 3 mobiles game and they own crypto wallet. Of course it’s where you can earn crypto which (of course) is Phoneum (PHT)

For Cloud Earning App you need to download it and set up account, and manually press start earning. And you don’t need to do anything else for week. Only after week you’ll need to collect earnings (not to wallet but same apps balance) and manually restart process. Plus they are giving (or it was only for me) 20 PHT just for downloading.

If you want you can double earning by paying, for me it’s 3.29 Euro. Or get vip which is 32.99 Euro for year. Which gives double earning, PHT balance ETH (Etherium) value, Transactions USD value, PHT market details, 15k PHT withdrawal (normally it’s 30k PHT), remove ads and extended earning stats. From one side it’s seems to be scam but from other site it’s seems that they are give good stuff for who are paying them and I guess that’s how they can pay for users.

To withdraw you’ll need to have PHT wallet and they say it’s better to have they own wallet. Not earning from earning session that goes for week but from apps balance.

AttaPoll (referral)is IOS and Android app where you received money by completing surveys. Only for me at most of time even when they said that I’ll receive notifications about when I have survey I’m not receiving notifications. At start I though that I’m not getting surveys so I checked app and there were survey for which I didn’t get notification about it. So with that I probably missed some surveys. So just in case you’ll need to manually check for survey.

Also in it you might be trow out of survey so you won’t be getting money. Maybe for starting you’ll get but lately I haven’t noticed it.

There are multiple ways to withdraw and different minimum withdrawals. PayPal — 3.00 Euro, Bitcoin — 100 Euro and Ethereum — 10 Euro. Also if you want you can donate your balance to something what they have.

For me at the moment these only make pocket money. It’s because of slow earning rate and because of work I have limited access to internet then it makes earning rate slower. But probably it still will be only pocket money when I’ll have more time to use internet. For some and at some time when I can, I’m leaving computer running in day so I can have little bit more money from these kinda services.

Of course you can choice if you want to use or not referral program. For some it might give you bonus for using referral program.
