Meet Brisbane’s Leaders in Growth of 2015

Co-founders Guy and Adam at the Lord Mayor’s Business Awards 2015

PharmaData was awarded Australia Trade Coast Leader in the 2015 Lord Mayor’s Business Awards and their significant increase to Brisbane’s $146 billion economy and community as a leader of Small Business Growth. As a Brisbane-based company of 15 analysts, developers and customer care experts we are proud to specialise in building data solutions for the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industries catering to over 10,000 users worldwide.

Chief Technical Officer Adam Gilmore and Chief Executive Officer Guy Mckenzie said expert customer service and dedication to bridge the gap of data solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers was how the team achieved the 1800 percent growth in the Australia and France communities.

“There are over 10,000 users we have provided with customised tools so they can analyse their difference of sales in real-time between a generic and brand prescription,” said Adam.

After the awards Guy said, “It is important to us the software we provide illustrates simple and comprehensive information our users need to track how much money they have made or lost by substituting a generic product and meet their profit targets. By becoming an integral part of their daily operations our dedicated user-experience team are constantly working with our users and it is great to see the hard work show results.”

Lord Mayor Graham Quirk said the Australian TradeCoast award recognises PharmaData for its outstanding international growth by increasing its customer base by 1800 percent from 2014 to 2015 alone. Cr Quirk said, “The judges were particularly impressed with how despite its global customer base PharmaData has maintained a commitment to local operations, bringing jobs and income to the Brisbane community.”

Our mission is to lead the way to the future of data intelligence by changing the way data is used to boost profits and run more efficient businesses.

Adam and Guy introduced our system technology in 2011 as an industry first after discovering pharmaceutical companies were relying on outdated data in their decision making processes. The software operates as a user friendly interface to track sales and illustrate opportunities for manufacturers, pharmacy managers and front-of-house staff all in real-time. We are all proud to be working in such a positive and energetic team and endeavour to remain at the forefront of intelligent pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry solutions.
