Sorry for my poor English skills that led to mixing you about net neutrality and JIO.

Oh, I agree with you when u say that TRAI is not taking any action against JIO. I know that as per TRAI regulations, you can’t extend any promotional offer more than 90 days.

But that’s not what we are taking about. Net neutrality was a completely different concept and Facebook and Airtel was trying to make a fool of Indian consumers. Like I said I am not a supporter of Jio or anything like that.

If in future, Jio starts doing something similar to Airtel, I’ll again do my part and will be against it. But as of now, it seems that the intentions of Jio are somewhat clear, they just wanna get more and more consumers and are not afraid to bleed money.

Then again, this is just a guess and w don’t really know what’s going in the minds of directors of Jio.

And to answer your question, no I don’t think that Jio will try to do something similar to what Airtel did in the past when they tried to introduce website specific packs.

The reason behind this is plain simple. Jio has a lot of money and they don’t wanna earn money by doing this. Instead they are playing the long game here. Attract as many customers as you can and make everyone digital. Later they can increase the price and no one would mind to pay them more.
