What 4 Months of Morning Meditation Taught Me

Been meditating for almost 2 years consistently now. My experience has been very similar. I feel focus coming easier. My attention span and comprehension levels are getting really sharp. Also, attention to detail has sharpened. I can now focus my attention at will, detach at will and even stop stress, anxiety, and any such negatives getting foot hold in my subconscious. I also can differentiate between an emotional reaction, and logical reasoning, this getting more proactive. The best aspect though, is the sense of satisfaction and lightness I feel. Happiness is my normal state. And I can untangle my own feelings and let go or invite acceptance easier as well!
