Chill-out woman. Find a better name than feminism then!

Men like me use the term ‘feminist’ to identify us as men who are not afraid of women (which is why men try to suppress them), who truly see that both genders are equal, men who desperately want gender equality… what else can we call ourselves? Your post is interesting and i applaud your challenging approach, but really, take a breath. “Furthermore these women are burning all the fucking bridges that people are attempting to erect over this rift” err. Nope! Men burnt the bridges in the first place, that’s the point. The serial disrespect of women all over the globe for centuries, and this male money/power fest that controls our world has created the situation. If i were a woman, i’d be furious, i’m furious anyway because it’s wrong.

Unless your tone is just to create publicity and stir people up, it might be more helpful to write something that actually offers a solution? Women and men need to talk with each other, not shout at each other, nothing good will come of that. We (humans) don’t have time to shout and argue, we need to fix the problem now.

Actually… “go back through history and find that most cultures not only respected women but knew that there would be no future without them” is only half the story, look deeper and you will find matriarchal societies that existed for thousands of years without war or famine and where the relationship between women and men was equal, happy and fun…
