What a ride 2020 has been! No one could have predicted as we began the year that this is how it would be winding down. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everything. It has been the most challenging, stressful event of our lifetimes, and we’re grappling with the fact that we may only be in the middle of the storm. Where does this end? What does the world look like on the other end? The year has been a roller coaster of emotions, loss and hope, misfortune and fortune. Yet at the most challenging times of our lives is where we find faith, find ourselves, find the true meaning of life, find what is really most important, find the signal in the noise. …


Does the world really need another opinion? We are inundated with information, and producing content, whether a blog, podcast, video, or social media, has never been easier or cheaper.


Recently, I had the opportunity to speak to a group of entrepreneurs who are participating in a business accelerator program to learn the ins-and-outs of starting and running a business. During the session, I was asked to expand on a statement in their course material: most businesses must take on debt at some point. At the time, I was put on the spot and my answer wasn’t as articulate or clear as I would have liked.

We recently implemented Google Autocomplete for Addresses on our checkout page to simplify the process of entering a shipping address. Autocomplete is a fantastic service that makes address entry faster and error free … well, almost error free. While address typos are less frequent, addresses are failing our validation process because street number is missing.
