Started eating healthier and meditating a few weeks ago. Since then, probably once a week, some times twice, I wake at 4 or 5am,fully awake and wired. I decided to get up and start being creative when this happens. That and exercise and reading, or watching YouTube. I’m going with it to see where this goes, there’s definitely something which has changed though. Interesting topic.
