The Never-ending Pursuit of Perfection

We want Philantro to be the first thing that comes to mind when nonprofits want to accept donations online. However, we want to be more than that — we want to be a full service platform for lean nonprofits.

“We want to enable nonprofits to focus more on
their mission and less on logistics.”

Starting Summer 2015, Philantro will begin piloting mailing physical thank you letters on behalf of select nonprofits as part of the donation process. We’re partnering with a few of our nonprofits to pilot this project in hopes of enabling nonprofits to focus more on their mission and less on logistics.

Currently, when someone makes a donation, Philantro emails a crafted receipt with the necessary tax information — That’s a given.

With this Summer 2015 update, the donors will also receive a thank you letter in the mail with content uploaded by the nonprofit on their own letterhead. This streamlines the acknowledgment process, helps cut cost and provides donors with a tangible token of gratitude they deserve.

From Donation to Acknowledgement, nonprofits grow with Philantro.
