I thought the piece was going to be about the problem of being a critic of the status quo generally, not just in its racial injustice/insanity.
Recent bullshit comments about people not being successful serve as an excellent example. What does success mean? Suburban house? One or two cars? A pool?
Whatever it might have meant in the 1950s or even
the 1980s it is now totally antiquated and completely irrelevant to the world our children’s children will inherit. Both of my children are swearing off even having kids.
How's that for critique?
