Funny thing about private schools…. they are not a “right”…. they’re a privilege…. so much so you actually pay to attend.

Another way you pay is you agree to live by their code of conduct….. you have the right to behave and believe any way you want, (up to the point that you deprive others of their rights)…. nobody is depriving him of his right to believe he’s gay, of act as a gay….. HOWEVER, as these actions and beliefs conflict with the school’s beliefs and policies, for the comfort and safety of others willing to adhere to school policy, he was excluded.

HE BROKE THE SCHOOL’S CODE OF CONDUCT… there’s nothing to sue about.
