Are these tools only for prototyping ‘apps’ or do I assume correctly that websites viewable in browsers on a ‘desktop’ (Windows, MacOS) computer are equally catered for?

In that case, an indication of the earliest version of (especially) Internet Explorer which will render correctly in each tool would be very useful. IE8, IE9, IE10?

Projects which are websites (not downloaded apps) may not be acceptable to clients if only ‘modern browsers’ are catered for.
