ICE Says Severed Heads on Sticks Warn Migrants

The Department of Homeland Security is defending its decision to display severed heads on sticks along the US/Mexico border.

“The sight of dozens of heads in varying degrees of decomposition warns migrants not to approach the border,” says a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is responsible for killing, decapitating, and impaling migrants.

“We want migrants to know it’s a perilous journey to the US, with dangers ranging from dehydration, criminal human smugglers, and dismemberment at ICE holding centers.”

ICE claims that the decapitations are done in the most humane manner possible.

“This is why we separate children from families. So no one has to watch their 5 year-old taken apart like a Thanksgiving turkey in front of them.”

In what is called Operation Carnage Asada, ICE is also strewing severed hands, feet, and penises--sometimes even extracted fetuses-- along the border.

“Don’t say we didn’t warn you.”
